Horses' Manes, Tails Cut By Trespasser: Kendall County Crimes

Plus: Juvenile girl injured in park, man wanted for escape.

Juvenile battery

Deputies responded to a report of a battery at a park in the 0-25 block of Winrock Road in Oswego Township at around 6:45 p.m. Aug. 28. Both the victim and offender were juveniles, and the victim was checked by paramedics before being released to her mother with minor injuries, police said. The incident is under investigation.

Horses' manes, tails cut

A trespasser entered property in the 9000 block of Fox River Drive in Fox Township sometime on Aug. 27 and cut hair off the manes and tails of horses, police said. The sheriff's office is investigating the incident.

Deputies served a warrant for 21-year-old Bradley Wagner of the 100-200 block of Nottingham Court in Oswego Township at around 1:19 p.m. Aug. 28. Police said Wagner was wanted on a Kendall County warrant for two counts of escape and failing to appear in court on a controlled substance possession charge. Wagner was taken into custody and transported to the Kendall County Jail without incident, police said.

Burglary

Someone stole electrical conduit piping valued at $280 from a home in the 0-150 block of Tealwood Road in Montgomery sometime between Aug. 25 and Aug. 28.
