Ice Cream Social Fundraiser for Bernie Sanders Sunday

The Kane County County Organizers for Bernie Sanders will be hosting an Ice Cream Social Fundraiser on Sunday Sept. 20 from noon until 4 p.m. at Foxy’s Ice Cream in Yorkville. Foxy’s Ice Cream has pledged 20 percent of sales to the fundraiser.

The KCCO will be hearing progressives John Laesch and Hillary Colby speak, as well as having open mic time for people to share their own reasons for supporting Bernie Sanders. Everyone is welcomed and encouraged to attend, regardless of their political party. Come learn about the man many people have called “one of the few honest politicians” and his decades long fight for the American middle class and working class.
