Kendall County Blotter: Hit and Run, Identity Theft
Arrests made between April 28 and May 10.
An arrest in not an indication of guilt.
Patricia Kras, 60, of Oswego, was arrested May 1 for a hit and run, driving under the influence, failing to provide information and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
An Oswego man reported April 28 that he lost his wallet and found numerous unauthorized charges on the card. The incident in under investigation.

Sheriff’s deputies investigated a harassment by electronic device compliant April 30. Suspect Ricky Wilson, 49, of Bristol, reportedly sent harassing emails to a woman’s work email address. The woman said Wilson had also sent several inappropriate emails to her fellow co-workers.
Delbert Davis, 37, of Kankakee, was arrested May 1 for driving at 90 MPH in a 55 MPH zone.

Justin Orlando Pacheco, 23, of Oswego, was arrested May 1 without incident after sheriff’s deputies conducted a warrant service on Pacheco at his residence.
Kevin Scott Zeiger, 47, of Montgomery, was arrested May 5 for domestic battery. Police determined Zeiger has battered two family members.
Troymayne Hamilton, 32, of Oswego, was arrested May 5 on charges of identity theft. According to police, a debit card was taken and used without permission. Approximately $1,000 was taken from the victim’s account.
Peter Cadenas II, 22, of Joliet, was arrested May 5 on an outstanding warrant charge. The warrant was for unlawful delivery of controlled substances.
Lora Reyna, 35, of Oswego, was arrested May 6 on an active warrant out of the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office and Aurora Police Department.
Kioni King, 25, of Montgomery, was arrested May 6 at the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office when she went to retrieve personal property. It was discovered that she was wanted on a failure to appear charge stemming from a driving while license suspended charge.
John Burton, 22, of Yorkville, was charged May 6 with criminal damage to state supported property after damaging a door within the Kendall County Jail. Burton was in custody at the time of the incident.
On May 6, the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office took a report of a stolen motorcycle trailer taken from a driveway of a residence in unincorporated Kendall County.
Deputies responded May 7 to a report of criminal damage to property in Montgomery. Someone damaged the passenger vehicle in front of the residence. Damage was estimated to be $300.
Alexander Imbronjev, 47, of Oswego, was arrested May 7 when officers were conducting civil process service on him. It was found that Imbronjev was wanted on active Body Writ.
Deputies responded to a purported domestic violence situation May 7 where a participant said they had been choked and a vehicle had been tampered with to keep the subject from leaving. Deputies were unable to substantiate the allegation with any evidence and victim refused to sign a complaint. Relationship issues were cited as the source of the argument.
Kevin Hubbard, 51, of Montgomery, and Marsha Debosschere, 53, of Montgomery, were arrested for domestic battery May 8. A subsequent investigation revealed that a domestic battery had taken place between three household members and Hubbard and Debosschere.
Jodi Morgan, 33, of Yorkville, was arrested May 8 for battery.
Damon Messer, 25, was charged with possession of cannabis and drug paraphernalia May 7. Messer also had an outstanding warrant from DeKalb County.
Jeffrey Lapka, 49, of Aurora, was arrested May 7 for DUI.
Police took a report of identify theft May 7 that occurred in Newark. The victim reported that two fraudulent charges were on her joint debit card.
Victor Garcia- Martinez, 25, of Aurora, was arrested May 10 for DUI and no valid driver’s license.
A Montgomery woman reported May 10 that all four of her hubcaps were stolen from her 2013 Nissan Versa. The estimated cost of loss was around $300.
Titus Boese, 21, of Oswego, was arrested May 9 for a hit and run incident. Deputies discovered a vehicle had driven through undeveloped property on Commerce Drive and struck and damaged a fire hydrant.
