Kendall County Fugitive Nabbed in California

Jody Skowronski had been a fugitive in Kendall County since October 2015.

One of Kendall County’s most wanted fugitives was arrested April 19 in San Diego, California by the city’s police department.

Jody Skowronski, a 38-year-old man from Mendota, had several outstanding warrants out of Kendall County and surrounding jurisdictions, according to a press release from the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office.

Skowronski was wanted by the Plano Police Department for two counts of felony disorderly conduct and had a failure to appear for felony retail theft warrant from Kendall County.

Skowronski’s outstanding warrants from surrounding jurisdictions were for retail theft, filing a false police report and failing to appear for resisting a peace officer. Skowronski had been a fugitive in Kendall County since October 2015.
