KENDALL COUNTY, IL —
Saturday, June 1
Accident with injury
Oswego Police report they investigated a crash in a parking lot at 2450 Rt. 34 at 8:15 p.m., June 1 between an SUV driven by Katelyn Fishers, 27, of Oswego and and a four-door car driven by Jose Arriaga, 26, of Aurora. One of the two passengers driven by Arriaga, Maria Arriaga, 54, of Warrenville, was injured. The other passenger, a juvenile, was not.

Traffic stop, citation for cannabis possession
Yorkville Police report they conducted a traffic stop on Steven Young, 19, of Aurora, for loud defective exhaust at 8:37 p.m., June 2 at Route 47 and Walnut Street. Officers then cited Young for unlawful possession of cannabis at 8:37 p.m.

Sunday, June 2
Accident with injury
Oswego Police report a crash involving two SUVs at 5:08 p.m., June 2 at Rt. 30 and Wolf Road. Robert Grgula, 38, of Dixon, was driving one of the SUVs, and an unnamed juvenile was driving the other. Both were injured in the crash.
Driving while license suspended, possession
Yorkville Police say they arrested David Snow, 20, of Sandwich, for a suspended license after conducting a traffic stop at 8:56 p.m., June 2, at Route 47 and Cannonball Trail. Snow was also cited for driving without lights when required, improper display of license plates/sticker, possession of less than 10 grams of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Tuesday, June 4
Aggravated assault
Yorkville Police say they responded to a call in the 300 block of Mulhern Ct. at 5:41 p.m., June 4, in reference to a report of a neighbor dispute with a person displaying a weapon. Officers arrived and located the person who matched the suspect description, arresting Brian Simpkins, 51, of Yorkville, for aggravated assault. Simpkins was taken to Kendall Co. Jail where he's being held on pending bond. No one was injured during the incident.
Domestic battery
Kendall Co. Sheriff's Office officials report Miraya Cordova, 24, of 32 Greenbriar Rd., Montgomery, was charged on June 4 with three in-state warrant charges and domestic battery - insulting/provoking.
Domestic Battery
Kendall Co. Sheriff's Office officials report Jenna Parrish, 29, of 160 Donald St., Hinckley, was charged with two counts of domestic battery - bodily harm, at 5:15 p.m., June 4.
Child endangerment
Kendall Co. Sheriff's Office officials report Brian McClard, 42, of 818 Canton Dr., Oswego was charged with disorderly conduct, criminal trespass to real property, reckless driving and enganderging the life or health of a child at 7:20 p.m., June 4.
