LIVE WELL, BE WELL

Are you an adult age 55 or older with ongoing health condition?  Take charge of your health, find a practical way to deal with pain and fatigue, discover better nutrition and exercise choices, understand new treatment choices, and learn better ways to talk with your doctor and family about your health.  This class meets once a week every Tuesday from 9-11:30am for 6 weeks.  For more information and to register for the class call 630-554-5602
