Naked Running Man Not Charged: Kendall County Blotter
Plus: Teen injured in crash, a fight in a moving car, sex abuse investigation.

OSWEGO TOWNSHIP, IL — The Kendall County Sheriff's Department responded to a report of a naked male running through back yards in the 0-30 block of Spring Garden Drive in Oswego Township just before 5 p.m. Monday. Deputies were able to identified the naked runner, but a witness who called in the report declined to sign a complaint, police said.
Teen hurt in crash
Deputies responded to a single-vehicle accident with injuries in the 3400 block of Route 52 in unincorporated Minooka at 3:35 p.m. Police said the sole occupant of the car, a 16-year-old Channahon girl, was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. No citations were issued.

Fight in a moving vehicle
Deputies took a report for criminal damage to property and battery that happened at around 1 a.m. Tuesday in the 8000 block of Route 30 in Bristol Township. Police said two friends battered each other while driving in a vehicle, and one friend broke the rear window on the other's vehicle. Nobody wanted to sign complaint forms, police said.

Sex abuse investigation
Kendall County Sheriff's deputies are investigating a possible criminal sex abuse in unincorporated Montgomery. The allegations were brought forward by the parent of the juvenile victim, police said. The report came in at around 8 p.m. Monday.
