Metaphysically Fit Fest To Be Held at Bicentennial Riverfront Park This July

The 2017 Metaphysically Fit Fest is being held on July 22, 2017.

The festival was founded in 2012 by local business owner, Tairi Grace, and has grown exponentially over the years boasting 1,500 participants in 2016. Every year, the fest brings together people from all walks of life to celebrate expression and unity through yoga, healing workshops, art, and music.

The festival brings to Kendall County some of the area’s best and most highly acclaimed yoga teachers, holistic healers, and live entertainment. The fest is family friendly, promoting community, expression, unity, and awareness of cultural diversity. And vendors are on hand offering anything from organic, homemade skin care to crystals and stones to life coaching sessions.

This year the fest will benefit Grace Holistic Center for Education and include children's yoga throughout the day along with several kid-friendly activities.
