MetroNet Construction Beginning In These Yorkville Areas

YORKVILLE, IL — The United City of Yorkville shared a friendly reminder Tuesday that MetroNet will bring a fiber optic network to community homes and businesses in the coming months, and construction has already started in the areas show on the map below. The City announced in November the soon-to-be new option for TV, phone and internet service in Yorkville.

The first subdivisions to undergo work are Kendall Marketplace, Kylyn's Ridge and Whispering Meadows, the City said, reminding residents that construction takes time and depends on permits and weather.
