Missing Girl Arrested, Bikes Found In Tree: Yorkville Cops
Plus: An elderly man gets a trespassing warning: Recent Yorkville police reports.

March 31: A Yorkville officer responded to the 20 block of Fox Glen Drive for a report of a female juvenile who had been reported missing and had a valid arrest warrant. The girl was taken into custody and transported to the Kendall County jail pending a bond hearing.
March 30: Yorkville police responded to the area of Tuscany Trail and Preston Trail for a report of found property. Upon arrival, officers found three bicycles located in a tree. The bikes were removed and taken to the police department for safe keeping.
March 30: A 79-year-old Yorkville man was given a trespass warning after police say he trespassed on abandoned property near Corneils Road and Route 47. The property owner did not want to pursue charges. The elderly man was given a trespass agreement and told if he were to trespass again, charges will be pursued.

April 2: A hit and run crash was reported in the 300 block of East Kendall Drive. A witness observed a vehicle back out of a parking space, hit an unoccupied parked vehicle and drive away. The hit and run vehicle was described as a black sedan.
