On the 4th Day of Christmas My Trainer Gave to Me….

...Another Fitness Tip:

Set short term-achievable-goals!!

  • Start with a goal of walking 1 mile without breathing hard. Walk til it becomes easy, then add more.
  • Decide to lose those 60 pounds in 5-10 pound increments-it’s not so overwhelming. Tell yourself you will work out 4-5 times a week for one month!
  • One month of working out 4-5 times per week. At the end of the month-congratulate yourself and start another month!  :)
  • Cut out one “bad-for-you” food for a week…another the next week….then another!

 Most of these of these suggestions are psychological, but they work!!
