Oswego Man Charged with Possession of Stolen Vehicle Parts
The charges stem from a March theft report.

A 51-year-old Oswego man has been charged in connection to a truck and spare wheels and tires that had been reported missing, according to a release from the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office.
Bradley Phillips, of the 100 block of East Rickard Drive in unincorporated Oswego, was charged with possession of stolen vehicle parts, a class 2 felony, and theft over $500, a class 3 felony. Phillips’ bail was set at $50,000 with ten percent to apply.
Phillips was taken into custody Aug. 25 without incident and posted bond. He is currently awaiting his next court appearance.

Sheriff’s deputies received a report of theft March 26 from the 100 block of East Rickard Drive. The complainant said that a truck, spare wheels and tires were missing.
