White Water Ice Cream opened this week next to gourmet popcorn shop at 131 E. Hydraulic St. The shop, which offers ice cream, shakes, and sundaes, is owned by former Ward 3 Alderman Robyn Sutcliff, who also offers frozen goodies via cart in locations around Yorkville and the surrounding towns.
