Photos: Cheerleaders Net 18th at State

On Friday, February 3, at the U.S. Cellular Coliseum in Bloomington, the Yorkville High School cheerleaders seemed to peak at just the right time.  They executed an excellent routine, scoring some of their highest marks all season from the judges, including several 9.0 and a 9.2 out of a possible 10, landing them a finish of 18^th at IHSA State Finals out of nearly 100 teams across the state. 

There were many amazing teams at state finals and although the team did not qualify to come back for day two, they were very satisfied with their accomplishments on the season. They had many obstacles over the season that they could have used as excuses, but instead, chose to push through and have an amazing finish for the season.
