Raymond Helmer, Master Code Professional/Certified Building Official Joins HR Green

HR Green is pleased to announce that Raymond Helmer has joined the firm as a Master Code Professional / Certified Building Official. Ray brings his more than 40 years of experience to HR Green Governmental Services Business Line in McHenry, IL.

Ray joins HR Green as part of the expansion of the firm’s Building Department and Code Enforcement Services to the six collar counties in northern Illinois. Ray holds several International Code Council (ICC) certifications, such as a Master Code Professional, Certified Building Official, Property Maintenance Inspector, Residential Energy Inspector and Plan Reviewer, Commercial Energy Inspector and Plan Reviewer and Combination Inspector for both commercial and residential projects.

Ray’s addition to the HR Green’s Building & Code Enforcement Team strengthens an already deep bench of talent to serve our growing list of clients looking for help as they see an increase in development that enhances their communities, and adds significant property to tax rolls.
