Runners Wanted To Support Education In Yorkville

YORKVILLE, IL — The Yorkville Educational Foundation (YEF) invites members of the District 115 community to join Team YEF as a runner in the Fox Valley Marathon on September 16. This is a unique opportunity to get involved in supporting educational enrichment in district schools.

Runners commit to raise a minimum of $115 as they train and compete the Fox Valley Marathon's half-marathon, 20 miler, or full marathon on Sunday, September 16, 2018. All charity runners receive a discount off race registration and get to choose a District 115 school they would like to represent. Half the money raised by the runner will go directly back to the District 115 school of their choosing, with the other half supporting the efforts of the YEF to help provide educational opportunities for students in District 115.
