YORKVILLE, IL — Yorkville police were reporting minor injuries after a semi was involved in a crash with another vehicle and overturned on Route 71 near West High Point Road on Monday, according to WPSY.
Deputy Police Chief Larry Hilt said crews were working to get the semi out of a ditch as of early Monday afternoon.
Kendall County Scanner reported the crash just before noon on Monday, saying authorities were requesting equipment to remove the semi-trailer from a 30-foot-deep ditch. The semi overturned and came to rest on its roof.
