Shots Fired at Hide-A-Way Lakes Campground: Police
Police found no sign of damage or injury in the Nov. 21 incident.
Police responded to a report of shots fired at Hide-A-Way Lakes Campground at 8045 Van Emmon Rd. Sunday.
Witnesses said an unknown pickup truck was seen on Creekside Lane where the gunshots were heard. The truck then sped off toward the exit of the property.
Deputies found two spent shell casings, but there was no sign of damage or injury.
The incident remains under investigation.
