Shots Fired At Yorkville Campground
Someone fired shots at Hideaway Lakes last weekend.
YORKVILLE, IL — Kendall County Sheriff's police said a suspect has been identified in a report of shots fired last weekend at Hide-A-Way Lakes Campground in unincorporated Yorkville. Police said a report of gunshots at the campground, 8045 Van Emmon Road, came in at around 2:04 a.m. May 6. During the investigation of a reckless discharge of a firearm, a suspect was identified, according to a police report.
Police did not identify the suspect but said the investigation is ongoing.
