Snowmobile Stolen, Retail Theft, DUI: Yorkville Blotter

A resident reported that his 1977 Arctic Cat 440 snowmobile was stolen from his front yard.

March 18

Charles R. Martin, 28, of the 100 block of E. Schoolhouse Road, was charged with retail theft. The incident occurred in the 900 block of Erica Lane. Police say Martin concealed a video game in his waistband and left the store.

Police took a report of a person who entered a business and stole a 1.75 ml bottle of Patron Tequila.

March 21

Kathleen Graham, 58, of the 800 block of Morgan St., was charged with failure to reduce speed to avoid a crash, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, driving under the influence of alcohol and illegal transportation of alcohol.
