Special guest teacher this weekend Alejandro Morin! Classes will be Friday 6pm, Saturday 1pm and Sunday 8am at sense of Samadhi Yoga Studio. 

Yogic Trance Dance Saturday April 26th at 6pm 

Come free your Body and Mind with yoga and dancing!

Explore the energy within by opening your channels with some yoga asana and then allowing the prana to flow through in time with sound and rhythm for a collective journey. Think of dancing as "applied yoga," the music will be a selected blend of warm, world influenced, and inspiring electronic music, and we will explore how movement benefits the Body, Mind, and Spirit.

The night will be led by Alejandro Morin (DJ SunDragon), who has been DJing for ecstatic dance in Denver, since 2005 and is also a yoga teacher, massage therapist, and anatomy instructor.

$20 for members, $30 for non-members, Kids under 15 are Free.

Yoga For the TREES

Attend Yoga For the TREES in Town Center Park in Yorkville on April 27th at 1:00 pm. Bring a donation to the trees to attend this class free outdoor yoga class. Children are welcome, too.
