Stolen Credit Card Traced Back to 2 Females: Police

The females, ages 20 and 16, allegedly used the card at various Kendall County businesses.

Two females have been charged in connection to a credit card stolen from a vehicle back in October 2015.

Alexis Parr, 20, of Sandwich, and a 16-year-old female Yorkville resident each received multiple charges for credit card fraud and other crimes, according to the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office.

After the stolen credit card was reported, detectives began an investigation and discovered that the card had been used at several locations in Kendall County. On Jan. 29, the Kendall County State’s Attorney’s Office charged Parr with two counts of unlawful use of credit card, both class 4 felonies. Parr’s bail was set at $10,000 with ten percent to apply. Parr was taken into custody on Feb. 4 by the Sandwich Police Department and taken to the Kendall County Jail where she remains in custody.

The 16-year-old female was also charged with one count of burglary, a class 2 felony and eleven counts of unlawful use of a credit card. One of the counts of unlawful use of credit card was a class 3 felony and the remaining ten counts were class 4 felonies.
