Stolen RV, Pool Equipment: Kendall County Blotter
A look at recent incidents reported by the Kendall County Sheriff's Department.

Jan. 20: Someone stole a white and tan 2007 Sunset Trail recreational trailer from the 7700 block of Route 47.
Jan. 24: Someone stole pool equipment for an above-ground pool from a home in the 0-100 block of Marnel Road.
Jan. 25: A deputy performed a traffic stop at 11:53 p.m. Jan. 25 at Ridge Road and Plainfield Road for an equipment violation. During the stop, the deputy learned the driver, Eric Ziegler, 38, of the 25000 block of Gateway Drive, Plainfield, had been drinking, according to police reports. Ziegler was arrested for DUI and transported to the Kendall County Jail.

Jan. 26: Deputies discovered a vehicle with a flat tire on Route 30 east of Route 31 at around 1:42 a.m. Jan. 26. Police said deputies learned the driver, 22-year-old Austin Vidmar of the 800 block of Western Lane, Yorkville, had been drinking. He was arrested for DUI and transported to the Kendall County Jail.
Jan. 27: A homeowner in the 0-99 block of Circle Drive West reported that a vehicle struck a tree in his yard at around 5:40 p.m. and fled the scene.
