Video: CrossFit Workout Benefits Injured Marine

About 70 athletes participated in Saturday's fundraiser for Lance Cpl. Kyle Moser, an Oswego High School graduate.

Football legend Walter Payton’s son, Jarrett, was among the 70 athletes who completed a workout at Bare Bones CrossFit while raising money for an injured marine.

Saturday’s event raised money for Lance Cpl. Kyle Moser, an Oswego High School graduate who lost both of his legs and part of a hand in a November explosion in Afghanistan.

The “Fight Gone Bad” workout challenged athletes to complete three rounds at five exercise stations. Exercises included box jumps, rowing and weight lifting, and participants earned points for each repetition or, when rowing, for each calorie burned.
