What Yorkville Restaurants Are Open on Thanksgiving?

Not having a big family gathering for Thanksgiving, or just don’t feel like cooking? Why not dine out?


Patch did some research and made some calls and found these Yorkville eateries that are open on turkey day. If there’s a business we missed, feel free to add it in the comment box below.

  • Blackstone Bar and Grill, located at 600 E. Veterans Parkway, will be open noon to 5 p.m.
  • Sunfield’s Restaurant, located at 382 E. Veterans Parkway, will be open from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • Silver Dollar Restaurant, located at 102 Stagecoach Trail, will be open from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • Southern Belle’s, located at 56 E. Schoolhouse Rd., will be open from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • Rowdy’s will be open all day, but a limited menu will be served.
  • Millhurst Ale House, located at 2075 Marketview Dr., will be open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

For $59, you can get a 10-12 pound turkey, 48 ounces of mashed potatoes, 32 ounces of homestyle or cornbread stuffing, 24 ounces of gravy and 14 ounces of cranberry sauce. For $5 more, you can add a pumpkin pie and a pack of dinner rolls.

For $79.99, you can get a 10-12 pound turkey, 24 ounces of gravy, 48 ounces of mashed potatoes, 32 ounces of stuffing, 28 ounces of sweet potatoes, a 32 ounce green bean casserole, 14 ounces of cranberry sauce and pumpkin pie and dinner roles.

All sides are also available separately. The sooner you order the better due to a limited quantity.

Meijer

For $59.99, you can get a 10-12 pound turkey, 1.75 pounds of stuffing, 2 pounds of turkey gravy, 1 pound of cranberry relish, 4 pounds of whipped potatoes, 2 pounds of green bean casserole and a 12-count of Hawaiian rolls.
