William Donald joins HR Green's Yorkville office

HR Green is pleased to announce the appointment of William B Donald III as a Construction Engineer. Bill brings 14 years of experience in transportation construction, working extensively with the Illinois Department of Transportation.

Bill’s experience includes work on the Upgrade I-74 project, a complete reconstruction of I-74 through Peoria. He also served as an IDOT liaison for coordination efforts between the Dan Ryan Red Line reconstruction and Metra reconstruction of the 63rd Street rail flyover bridge. He joins the HR Green project team currently assisting in managing the reconstruction of Barrington Road and IL 72 (Higgins Road) over I-90 for the Illinois Tollway.

Bill earned his Civil Engineering degree from the University of Illinois and he is a licensed professional engineer.
