Yorkville Blotter: Possession of Cannabis, Stolen Bike
Incidents occurred between July 28 and Aug. 4.

All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
July 28
Richard L. Hanley, 45, of the 300 block of Naperville Rd. in Westmont, was charged with driving under the influence. Officers responded to a report of a man who fell off a bike. They realized it was a gasoline powered bike and arrested the man.

Aug. 1
Police took a criminal damage to property report after a homeowner reported someone had damaged numerous pickets on her fence. She also reported that on or around March 1 someone placed a running hose under her concrete patio causing structure damage.

Aug. 2
Amanda Eplin, of the 2700 block of 35th Rd., was found screaming and yelling at the employees of the Yorkville Animal Hospital.
Aug. 3
Christopher Larson, 18, of the 600 block of Freemont St., was charged with possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Deanna K. Guajardo-Atlas, 20, of the 3000 block of Hoffman Street in Plano, was charged with possession of cannabis under 30 grams.
Aug. 4
Yorkville police responded to the 300 block of Mulhern Court for a report of a bicycle theft. The bike was taken off the back patio of the house. The bike has not yet been found.
