Yorkville Blotter: Vehicle Theft, Burglary

Sept. 22

Yorkville police are investigating a burglary that occurred in the 1300 block of Slate Drive where copper and phone wires were taken. Anyone with information should contact the Yorkville Police Dept.

The Yorkville police are investigating a burglary to a motor vehicle that occurred in the 100 block of W. Veterans Parkway where a cell phone and wallet were taken. Contact the Yorkville Police Department if you have any information.

Sept. 18

Tamara Jaramillo, 42, of the 4500 block of Garritano St. was charged with battery.

Sept. 16

Kenneth Adams III, 30, of the 100 block of Appletree Ct. was charged with unlawful possession of cannabis less than 2.5 grams.

Sept. 12

Yorkville police are investigating a retail theft that occurred at 2600 N. Bridge St. According to police a bottle of Hennessy Cognac was taken.

Sept. 7

Yorkville police are investigating a motor vehicle theft that occurred on the 400 block of Meadow Rose Lane. The vehicle is a white 2003 Chevrolet Silverado Truck with Illinois registration of 1293729B. Anyone with information should contact the Yorkville Police Dept.
