Yorkville Man Arrested After DUI Rollover Crash
The 37-year-old man was also in possession of cannabis and drug paraphernalia.
A 37-year-old Yorkville man was involved in a single-vehicle rollover accident Tuesday, according to the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office.
Kevin J. Leider, of the 1000 block of Hampton Lane in Yorkville, was driving on Route 126 west of Old Ridge Road when his vehicle rolled.

Police found Leider to be under the influence of alcohol. He was also found in possession of cannabis and drug paraphernalia.
Leider was taken to Rush-Copley Medical Center in Aurora. He was charged with the above crimes, as well as cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and operating an uninsured vehicle.

Leider was issued a recognizance bond at the hospital.
