Yorkville Man Dies In Motorcycle Crash
The 23-year-old was involved in a single-vehicle crash early Wednesday in Lisle.
YORKVILLE, IL — A 23-year-old Yorkville man was killed in an early morning crash Wednesday on southbound I-355 near Lisle. Illinois State Police said Nicholas A. Rodriguez was traveling eastbound on I-88 driving a 2006 Kawasaki motorcycle when he took the I-355 southbound exit to Ogden Avenue at 3:53 a.m. Police said the motorcycle lost control for unknown reasons and hit a light pole just past toll plaza 81.
Rodriguez died of his injuries at the scene, state police said.
The crash is still under investigation, police said late Wednesday morning.
