A 31-year-old Yorkville man has been sentenced to seven years in prison for multiple drug offenses.

According to Kendall County State’s Attorney Eric Weis, Andrew L. Olson, of the 4500 block of Camden, delivered $1,200 worth of cocaine to a person working with the Kendall County Cooperative Police Assistance in September 2014 and was subsequently arrested.

While out on bond, Olson was in a traffic accident in September 2015 and tried to hide cocaine in a bush, Weis said, but Yorkville police officers found it.
