Kendall County Sheriff's Deputies reported Jasmine Noel Whittenburg, 19, of E. Lexington Circle, Yorkville, was charged with driving with a suspended or revoked drivers license at 6:28 p.m., July 16.

Tuesday, July 17

DUI

Kendall County Sheriff's Deputies reported Richard Lee Walsh, 51, of the 1100 block of Freemont Street, Yorkville, was taken into police custody July 18. He was charged with DUI at 10:58 p.m.

Wednesday, July 18

Disorderly conduct and domestic battery

Kendall County Sheriff's Deputies reported Justin Cierre Dukes, 21, of the 200 block of Barrett Drive, Yorkville, was arrested on an adult misdemeanor charge at 11:41 a.m., July 18. Dukes was charged with disorderly conduct with a laser or laser pointer and domestic battery at 11:46 a.m.
