No arrests have been made.

YORKVILLE, IL — Police took two reports Monday of a man allegedly taking photos of women with his cell phone.

The first incident occurred at 3 p.m. in the 200 block of Hydraulic Ave. when police were called to the area for a suspicious person. Upon arrival, police learned that a man was possibly taking photographs of a high school age girl while she was riding her bike.

The second incident occurred at 3:39 p.m. at Aldi. Police say a woman reported that a 62-year-old Plano man was taking pictures of a woman with his AT&T flip phone. Police stopped him near the scene, but he refused to show officers his phone. The female refused to sign a complaint and did not want to be involved in the man’s arrest. He was not charged with any crimes and was released.
