Yorkville Woman Cited For Selling Alcohol To Minor: Police
Local business compliance checks by Yorkville police detectives found woman selling alcohol to person under 21.

YORKVILLE, IL — A Yorkville woman was caught selling alcohol to a person under the age of 21 during Sept. 12 alcohol compliance checks at local alcohol-serving establishments, Yorkville police said. According to police, detectives who were in cooperation with Illinois Alcohol Control Commission officials cited 23-year-old Gabriela Tangorra under a local ordinance during a compliance check at a business in the 200 block of east Veterans Parkway.
Police said Tangorra's hearing is scheduled for Oct. 15.
