• Rotary Clubs support mural project (wzbd.com) — Berne residents are helping brighten the Adams County Detention Center, as the Decatur and Berne Rotary Clubs jointly funded a new calming mural in the jail's booking area. The fully donor-funded project aims to improve inmate behavior and staff morale, and locals are invited to contribute toward murals in additional housing pods through the sheriff's office.
