CARMEL, IN — Halloween is right around the corner, which means children will be out trick-or-treating or getting their last bit of energy out before the cold weather hits. Fall is a good time to take a fresh look at just who might be living in your neighborhood, especially when it comes to the safety of your children.

Carmel currently has 16 registered sex offenders listed on the Indiana Sex and Violent Offender Registry.

These addresses represent their home base, however a number of these individuals are still incarcerated in Hamilton County, a nearby county or outside Indiana.
