Carmel Police Department To Participate In No-Shave November

Officers and employees of the Carmel Police Department are once again participating in “No-Shave November” to raise awareness about cancer and collect donations to benefit The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. This is CPD’s fifth year of participation in "No-Shave November." Our fundraising goal this year is $5,000. CPD is proud to have raised a total of over $20,000 during the past three years to benefit LLS.

Chief Jim Barlow is relaxing the department’s grooming standards regarding facial hair for employees that make monetary donations. Family, friends, and members of the community are also welcomed to donate. Please consider supporting your favorite officer or squad. Donations can be made online via the CrowdRise website here, or by dropping off cash or checks made payable to “Leukemia & Lymphoma Society” at our headquarters located at 3 Civic Square, Carmel, IN 46032. Please note there is a $10 minimum for online donations.

Integrity Automotive has offered to donate $5 from every oil change during the month November to our No-Shave November campaign. Please visit them at 40 S. The fundraising campaign will conclude with The Great Shave Off event at Main Street Barber Shop on December 6, 2020. Main Street Barber is located at 41 W. Main Street, Carmel, IN 46032. Information about Main Street Barber is available on their website at Main-St-Barber-Shop.business.site.
