Police: Zionsville Man At Center Of Silver Alert Found Dead

Weisberger had been missing since Monday afternoon before police confirmed his death Tuesday.

ZIONSVILLE, IN — Police confirmed Tuesday a Zionsville man at the center of an Indiana Silver Alert was found dead, Fox59 reports, adding 29-year-old Ryan Weisberger's body was discovered in a secluded area just south of Eagle Creek. According to Fox59 police are investigating the circumstances of Weisberger's death and an autopsy will be performed to determine a cause of death. Officials issued a Silver Alert for Weisberger Monday night, reporting he was last seen in Zionsville around 2 p.m.

Indiana State Police report the Zionsville Police Department is investigating the disappearance of an adult from Zionsville, just 17 miles northwest of Indianapolis. Police are searching for 29-year-old Ryan Weisberger (see photo), who police report was last seen Monday, Aug. 28 at 2 p.m. in Zionsville. Police believe Weisberger is in danger.

According to a release, Weisberger is a white male, six feet, three inches tall, 190 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.

Police report the missing male was last seen wearing a green hat with a white bill, black and white plaid button-up shirt and gray shorts. Officials add Weisberger may be disoriented and require medical assistance.
