Officers say they found two guns and evidence of marijuana dealing inside the home, leading to multiple firearm and drug charges and his booking into the Vanderburgh County Jail.
   

• Evansville's Fall Festival currently leading in contest for best in the nation (14news.com) — Evansville's West Side Nut Club Fall Festival is leading a USA TODAY national poll for best fall festival, with voting open through Monday. Organizers are urging residents to cast last-minute votes as the century-old Franklin Street event, set for Oct. 5–10, again competes for top honors and prepares food booths, rides, entertainment, and its signature parade.
