Residents will be able to carry alcoholic drinks within marked boundaries and hours, but must follow strict container, volume, and purchase limits, with $250 fines for violations and possible suspensions for safety concerns.

Flowering success: 101-year-old Fishers resident stays active, healthy with her garden (youarecurrent.com) — A nearly 101-year-old Northridge Senior Living resident in Fishers is turning heads with a towering sunflower and a bumper crop of tomatoes from her raised garden bed.
