• Man Struck and Killed Changing Flat Tire on I-69 in Fishers (praiseindy.com) — Indiana State Police are investigating a fatal hit-and-run on I-69 in Fishers after a 36-year-old man changing a flat tire was struck and killed Tuesday night near exit 210. Troopers are asking anyone who may have seen the northbound vehicle involved or has dashcam footage to call their Indianapolis post at 317-899-8577.
