• New 2026 List of Best Places To Live Includes 8 Utah Cities But Not Park City (ksub590.com) — Fishers just landed second on U.S. News & World Report's 2026 list of the 250 best places to live, praised for its relatively affordable home prices and strong household incomes. The same ranking put Carmel in first place and highlighted eight Utah cities, underscoring how attractive central Indiana has become for buyers seeking more house for their money.
• Fishers brain & spine center celebrates 'topping out' (youarecurrent.com) — A new Goodman Campbell Brain and Spine center is rising on Jack Walker Lane in Fishers, bringing 14 clinic rooms, imaging, and a pain procedure suite by 2027 so patients won't need to travel for care. Mayor Scott Fadness also highlighted major nearby road projects, including upgrades to the Southeastern Parkway roundabout and widening 136th Street to four lanes out to Cyntheanne this year.
• Cadillac F1 Struggles in Madrid as Fishers Headquarters Takes Shape (larryinfishers.com) — While Cadillac's Formula 1 team struggled at the new Madrid Grand Prix, work continues on its 400,000‑square‑foot world headquarters at 96th Street and Hague Road in Fishers. The $200 million facility is expected to eventually house about 300 engineers and technicians, consolidating operations from England and the U.S. and serving as a major development anchor near Indianapolis Metropolitan Airport.
