Man convicted for sexually assaulting woman at Fishers massage parlor (wthr.com) — A Fishers man has been convicted of raping a woman during a massage at the now-closed Massage Finesse business in town, following an October 2025 assault. Detectives arrested him days after the incident, and he now faces sentencing on October 8, a case that may concern residents who use local personal-care services.

Fishers artist Abigail Staffelbach wins top prize in Hamilton County juried exhibit (larryinfishers.com) — Fishers residents can celebrate local talent as Fishers artist Abigail Staffelbach won Best in Show and $1,000 for her oil painting at the Fishers Arts Council's juried exhibit. Several Fishers artists earned major awards, and many works are for sale. You can visit the exhibit through Oct. 2 at City Hall and the Fishers Art Center or browse highlights online.

Brownsburg Rolls Past Fishers; Westfield Hands Royals Third Straight Conference Loss (larryinfishers.com) — Fishers football fans saw a tough night as the Tigers fell 49-10 at home to undefeated Brownsburg, dropping to 0-4 overall. Hamilton Southeastern also struggled on the road at Westfield, losing 36-7. AEW Dynamite Notes: AEW World Trios Titles, Willow Nightingale vs. Thekla in AEW Women's World Title #1 Contender, Tommaso Ciampa vs. Kazuchika Okada for AEW International Title, and More Matches Set (tpww.net) — AEW is bringing a special three-hour Dynamite and Collision taping to the Fishers Event Center on September 23, giving local wrestling fans a rare national TV show in their backyard.
