Traffic Alert: Carmel, Noblesville High School Homecoming Weekend Events

Noblesville police and school officials provide details on this weekend's events.

NOBLESVILLE, IN – In celebration of this weekend's Homecoming 2017 events at Noblesville schools, the city's police department and school district want motorists to be aware of the scheduled events. City officials warn of slow traffic ahead of Friday's parade and football game. Noblesville Police report the Nobleville High School Homecoming parade will begin at 4 p.m. on Monument Street near the high school, reminding people to watch traffic.


Noblesville Schools posted information on the district's Facebook page, regarding an early release for the high school and middle schools at 2:05 p.m. Friday, and 2:55 p.m. for elementary schools.

The NHS Homecoming football game is Friday at 7:30 p.m. at Hare Chevrolet Field versus Zionsville High School. The dance is Saturday night.

Carmel High School's Homecoming football game is Friday at 7 p.m. at Carmel Stadium against Lawrence North. The Homecoming dance will be Saturday night.

City of Carmel announced Sept. 14 the opening of the 110th roundabout - this one at 116th and Towne - in hopes to "keep Carmel moving."
