I appreciate your patience and dedication while we have been teaching and learning remotely these first few weeks. I hope you are off to a productive start to the semester.
I am pleased to announce that we will begin the process of migrating back to face-to-face and hybrid instruction for those courses originally scheduled in those modalities. Some classes will resume normal instruction as early as Monday, February 8, 2021.

The Senior Leadership Team has been closely monitoring the number of COVID-19 cases locally, statewide, and nationally. According to the latest Indiana Department of Health, COVID-19 positivity rates in most of our communities have receded to pre-fall break levels. The health and safety of our campus community has always been the most important factor in our consideration to return to campus.
Individual faculty are asked to provide specific updated instruction about their courses to students as soon as possible. Students, please contact your instructors with any questions and monitor the PNW website, Brightspace, and your email for continued updates.
Again, I appreciate your dedication as we power onward through this semester together. We are all planning on a normal return to campus for fall 2021!
Kenneth C. Holford, Provost and Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs
