Hailey Arlis of Minooka, IL is excited to enter her senior year as a student in the hospitality and tourism management program.

“I originally chose to transfer to PNW because a few of the chefs and professors at my junior college had previously attended Purdue Northwest and were taught by some of the professors that I am learning from today,” Arlis said.

“While I do enjoy cooking and baking, I want to learn more about the management aspects that go into the business,” she added. “My eventual career goal would be to manage a high-end restaurant. PNW has been able to provide classes that simulate certain tasks that I would need to do in the real world if I were to have this job, preparing me better for the future.”
