School City Of Hammond: Youth Fine Arts Scholarship Application Is Open

The Cara M. Spicer Scholarship provides financial support for children of low-income families in Northwest Indiana who want to participate in fine arts activities and do not have the monetary ability to do so.

Up to 10 awards are given to families in the amount of $100 each. Awards will be made payable to the organization in the name of the child. The scholarship is designated to pay for expenses associated with fine art educational activities, including class/registration fees, program costs, and supplies. The deadline to apply is May 15.
