South Shore Line Hiring For Multiple Positions

HAMMOND, IN - The South Shore Line, a primary transportation connection for residents of Northwest Indiana to downtown Chicago, is hiring for multiple positions. The commuter line has four job openings posted on its website. Follow through the links below to find out more about the positions.

CHIEF REAL ESTATE AND DEVELOPMENT OFFICER - Salary range: $80,000 to $120,000 a year.

FURLOUGH CLERK - Application period closes March 23.

CAR CLEANER / RELIEF TERMINAL CARMAN - Must not have applied for this job since August 31, 2017 to be considered.

SEASONAL TRACK LABORER - Work expected through December 7.

The South Shore Line is rail line operated by the Northern Indiana Commuter Transportation District and runs between Millennium Station in downtown Chicago and the South Bend International Airport in Indiana. It makes stops in several Northwest Indiana cities and towns including Gary, Michigan City, Hammond and East Chicago.
