3 Killed In Crash On Fall Creek Parkway: Police

Police said car lost control on Fall Creek Parkway North before ending up sideways, right before it collided with truck

INDIANAPOLIS, IN — The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department is investigating a Friday morning crash on Fall Creek Parkway that killed three people. Police said officers were called to 6200 Fall Creek Parkway North Drive for a report of a crash involving two vehicles. That's where officers found a sedan with three passengers and a box truck with one after both collided.

According to police, the preliminary investigation showed the car was traveling southbound on Fall Creek when the driver lost control, turning sideways and crossing the center line into the northbound lane. The truck was headed northbound at that time and both vehicles hit each other, causing the car to spin off into a wooded area, police said.

The three people in the car were pronounced dead at the scene by the Indianapolis Fire Department and Indianapolis Emergency Medical Services.
