Fort Wayne Police: Amber Alert in the search for Adayah Renee Bratton cancelled

An Amber Alert has been issued as the Fort Wayne Police Department is investigating the abduction of a child from Fort Wayne. Two-year-old Adayah Renee Bratton was last seen at 2:10 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 10 in Fort Wayne and is believed to be in extreme danger. Officials report Bratton is a 40-pound black female with brown hair, brown eyes, and is two-feet, six-inches tall.

The Fort Wayne Police Dept. believes the child was likely abducted by her father, Channing Scott. Police describe Scott as a 46-year-old black male, five-feet, 10-inches tall, with black dreadlocks and brown eyes. Officials say Scott was last seen wearing a dark red shirt, gray sweatpants, and black and white gym shoes.

The suspect's vehicle is a Red 2011 Hyundai Accent with an Indiana license plate VKZ918.
